about us

we drive production with advanced technologies. We adopt integrated CAD/CAE/CAM technologies for design and manufacturing, ensuring product precision and production efficiency. Meanwhile, we are equipped with over 50 sets of precision processing equipment, including imported machining centers, CNC EDM machines, wire-cutting machines, and CNC lathes.

Additionally, we have more than 20 sets of full-computer injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 80 tons to 250 tons. This strong hardware configuration supports an annual output of over 400 sets of molds, capable of meeting various production needs.

We have over 50 precision machining equipment and over 20 80-250T injection molding machines, equipped with CMMs, projectors, and environmental and reliability testing capabilities. We maintain complete production and inspection data, and manage equipment according to maintenance cycles and lifecycle curves to ensure long-term stable output.

Design, material preparation, and processing are carried out in parallel, with key milestones transparently visible. Typical T1 is 20–35 days (depending on complexity), and mass production can begin 3–7 days after small-batch verification. Delivery is not only on time, but also reproducible, traceable, and auditable.
